location is more than perfect in the middle of the very live street in Madrid. you can just go down and you will see people still going walking everywhere even at 2:00pm. Staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage there after checking out. Internet is very fast and stable. room was really clean but somehow small. -

The hotel has a perfect locacion, it's realy in the super center. We haven't use transport, because it was possible to walk by foot to any place. I'm a single female on a budget and this was a great find in Madrid- a great alternative to staying in a hostal. Location was walking distance to all the main areas. I only had to take the metro to/from the airport. The place is family run and they stay right on property. The owner was very helpful. He did not speak English, but we were able communicate anyway.

Location is just perfect, in the center, so you don't waste time, you can see many interesting places walking by feet.
There are many places around to eat and to do shopping as well.
It's clean and safe there.
You have a little kitchen and everything what you need for cooking.

The apartment is situated in the centre of madrid, served with lift and has all amenities. Everything is within walking distance. In commercial area but since it is on the 4th floor there are no noise problems taxis pass right infront of flat! I will stay here again next time! -
