  Located in the center of down town. Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Heating was ok which was very important due to 2 deg outside. - Nice location close to the town center. Friendly personnel, though not speaking English, only Spanish.

  Hotel is in a beautiful setting and our room had views over the plaza. The hotel was comfortable and scrupulously clean; staff were generally helpful . We decided to stay for a further night and this was quickly and easily arranged. The hotel was good value for money. - Very clean and nice hotel.   Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful, available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms... cosa dice la gente » . We left the luggage after check-out. Staff is really really nice :-)). Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. - The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it.
