Excellent! The owners are wonderful people, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I really appreciated the morning conversations with the other guests while enjoying the excellent breakfast.
The rooms are impeccably clean and the bedding is just perfect.
Also very good location.

Room was quiet (maybe because there are only couple of rooms and all the other guests were nice and quiet people). Emilio (the owner) was very helpful and speaks very good English.

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever rented! Bright, clean and with a walking distance of almost everything we wanted to visit.
We stayed at the number 01 apartment, with three bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.
On the ground floor we were pleased to find a spacious living room, a dining room, a well equiped kitchen, the half batroom

We stayed in 2-bedrooms appartment on 1st floor. It was: spacious, well
equiped including air conditioning / heating, with comfortable (not
too soft) beds. The service is similar to a hotel: 24-hours reception,
every day cleaning incl. Towels change, even a tooth brush & razor
if you forgot yours, as well as a set for washing machine and for dish-
washer. I didn't have too many interactions with the staff but a
nice lady gave us basic tips about surroundings & visiting the city

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Combination washer/dryer came in very handy.Full kitchen allowed us to bring in dinner on nights we were tired from sightseeing.

Beautiful apartment, with all the facilities you would require - right
down to a coffee making machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board,
hair dryer and fantastic furniture. Spotless on arrival and in a great
location. Being just away from the main centre, it is lovely and quiet
at night so a great night's sleep is assured - the comfortable beds
and luxurious duvets helped too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.

These apartments are perfect for a city visit. Very central to everything 200 meters to Catalynia
Plaza where yu can pick up the airport bus for 5 .70 euros and they run every 10 minutes. Also a locker bag drop is opposiste the apartments.Make sure you do not lock your key inside the Apt as they are un manned and you will need to phone a local

The Apartments are 100yds from Plaza De Catalunya from here you can use Taxis Metro and local buses to Cruise ports and Airport. The apartments are clean comfortable and spacious. A lift will take you to either to your floor or within a short flight of stairs. Nearby are local restaurants and American fast food outlets. We stayed here for one night before a Mediterranean cruise and found it an ideal location.

Great place. This is old building with very high ceiling and a lot of air, with beautiful old (18th century original or looking original) style decor on walls and ceiling. close not only to Plaza Catalunya but also to Parc de la Cuitadella. A
very interesting atmosphere of an old house, with once rather
luxurious wooden decorations, now a little bit aging, but still
alluring. The rooms are small but clean. A word of advice: go for a
"superior room" with the balcony. It's an essential
feature for a beautiful late night session after you have enjoyed full
day in the city.
