The apartment was comfortable and near the city attractions. We had problems with the washing machine, and when we contacted the owner the service was prompt. The apartment was very secure and we enjoyed Madrid very much.

Excellent location, close to the museums and the railway station, 5 to 10 minutes walk. Great views from the 7 large windows on the Plaza Santa Ana. The plaza is interesting and filled with people. Take earplugs if you are sensitive and want to sleep with open windows. Well equiped kitchen. Big and well equipped apartment . Very nice and friendly

Enrique was very helpful when meeting us at the apartment and allowed us to check out later than 12 noon as the next visitor wasn't arriving until later.

The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were satisfactory. -
