Apparently they have 4 different locations included in the apartments.
The building and apartment I was located was really nice, clean and had
a big balcony. The apartment was cleaned daily. Location is good. About
halfway between the city center and Play de'l Bossa and other
beaches (even closer). Easy to walk either way. No need for buses

It was a great price for the convenient location (in between the beach and Ibiza town almost equally). It was clean and the A/C worked.

The hotel is excellent located.
5/10 minutes walk to the old town, beaches, shops, transportation, etc..
We staed in the studio room which was large and spacious room with a large balcony.
A bit outdated but clean.
The bathroom needed a little bit more refreshed and ensuring the cleanliness but nothing problematic ....

The staff was very friendly, the lady in charge spoke English and helped
us a lot, gave us advice, directions and a map. We were also able to
rent a car from the reception (and the price was cheaper than other
agencies judging from the little we compared). The room was very clean
and we had clean towels. There was a lot of space for the two of us,

Good little apartment right next to the beach and 2 mins away from local
supermarket. Around 12 euro in a taxi from Airport. Friendly staff, the
two girls that ran the place were always happy to help. Very close to
the lively Playa d'en Bossa, but quiet enough if you want a chilled
holiday too. Would definatly recommend.

The location was very central
The balcony gave us a great view of the street.
Mayte, the receptionist was helpful and friendly.
We had the opportunity to have fresh towels and cleaning every second day.
There was regular hot water. -

Central location, closed to clubs, bars and all the night attractions but also in the middle of the shopping area with great choice of restaurants. The location was great. Within walking distance from the beach. Located in Figueretes but still quiet enough to have a good rest. But I recommend to stay on the top floors of the buildings. The apartments are in Figueratas with easy access to Playa D'en Bossa and Ibiza Town.
The pool area is always kept clean and tidy. No rush for sunbeds at the time we went early September. Pool doesn't open till 10 & closes at 18.30.
Right on the beach with a few restaurants lining the seafront.
Kitchen is equipped with utencils so easy for cooking.
Highly reccommended due to the price but be aware not many bars around

Very very friendly receptionists, 1min walk to the beach, nice view from room at seaside, close to supermarcets and shops/city center, not far from airport and scooter/car rentals. We were very satisfied and will come back for sure! -
I loved it. We were really happy of staying on the ground floor, much better than in higher floors in this case.

Fantastic value for money. Quiet location. Stunning sea views. 15 metres from beach (though it's dark sand here).
If you like swimming pools you might not like the pool which is about 10m long and 4m wide and immediately beneath the hotel balconies.
Close to restaurants and other hotels.
Can walk to town in 15minutes (but not a very nice town). -

The apartment was quite spacious with a large balcony having a sea view. It was very clean and staff came in every day to check that things were ok or to clean. The fittings were up to date and well maintained.

Il Pitiusa Hostel è un piccolo ostello a conduzione familiare situato nella città di Ibiza. Tutte le camere offrono ventilatore e bagno privato e la maggior parte vanta una terrazza.

The hostal is very good. Our room was clean and nice, the staff is extremelly helpful and informative. There are grocery stores nearby. And excellent beach is just a stone throw away from the hostal. -

Close to the beach, about 2 minutes walk. Airport 10 minutes of drive (paid 14 € for taxi or 3.50€ for the bus - number 10 from the airport). For this price room was really good. Staff friendly and helpfull. Swimming pool big enough. Rooms clean with comfortable beds, small balcony, kitchen ans small sitting room with tv. Close to shops, close to town - about 15 minutes of walk.
