Very neat and comfortable accommodation at a very affordable price. Centrally situated and easily reached. Well designed renovations to heritage building. The staff went out of their way to help and were extremely friendly, absolute pleasure to stay there and if need be again, we will book there. the location was fantastic, just off the highway! the breakfast was well-cooked and had good variety. Super value for money!.

Service first class. athmosphere at da hotel - very quiet. friendly staff,rooms clean. Setting. Location in the city center. Very central. It is central situated staff frendly and helpful. And room clean with coffee facility. I have a thing about fresh air and the only "complaint" I do have is that the windows were not able to open in the rooms. the lock to the room was sometimes difficult to lock/unlock, but it might have been just our room and is a minor issue. TV in the room was a little small to watch in bed, and lacking a range of channels,. When we came to breakfast no chef was available and then had to wait. The return journey they had no cook but the staff member on duty cooked us a really good breakfast. Not greasy but just right. We feel the cook should have another job and he take over from her as he was there at 8 on the dot. Parking is in the street next to hotel with 24 security guard. Have problem with insurance company that requires that my vehicle is parked in gated facility at night. Please state that parking is in the street on your website. No lunch or supper and bar facilities. lack of bar facilities, to sit and relax after along flight. breakfast was well prepaired,where is the porridge,juice the staff had to buy at the shop. Pooly maintained. Aircons not working. Door lock me in the room could not get out. Furniture very old and falling appart. Tv remote not working. They move us to the 2nd room. I can't see how this hotel got 4 stars. It was actually a joke to stay there. I travel a lot and is a tour operator in pe was so dissapointed. Would not recommend this to nobody. My honest opinion is that this hotel will be rated 2 stars. view from the room, room handle was broken, temporary door in the bathroom. This old hotel has no characer. The photos on the website is misleading. The gym is not part of the hotel. It is a private gym next door. No coffee in the room. Breakfast was very average. We wont recomend it. No hair dryer or shampoo tv did not work and no mnet or dstv a bar fridge.
