  The apartment was lovely and quite large. We didn't use the pool since we weren't there that long. (An overnight stay.) The rooms were large and beautiful. The shower was the best I had since leaving the States! Leon, the owner, let us in after arriving a full hour later than allowed. The staff there, servers, cook and office assistant, There - We arrived in Cape Town and had no where to stay and 51 on Forrest Drive where efficient and made our booking quickly and timeously and we were never disturbed when we were there and the food was delicious!

  Marco was very professional and polite. He made me feel welcomed, even offering free beers! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very fresh and high quality, like cage-free eggs. The ambiance and decor was exceptional. The location was not too far from most of the sights of interest to tourists. - Perfect stay for my recent business trip. Secure and easy access to come and go as I please and a perfect location for a early morning jog before a delicious breakfast. Friendly, helpful owners, great room and lots of attention to detail. Also has a homely feel, instead of clinical hotel. Everything I needed and more. Thanks!

  It was very clean and the location was safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More luxury than you might expect from a bed & breakfast (guest house). Really charming. We slept very good. (I would ask for a room which is not next to the breakfast area.) Overall we would come back!

  I liked the way staff go out of their way to help with relevant information. That made our stay a very comfortable one. Next time I visit Cape Town I will we consider staying with the Sweet Lemon B&B.
