  Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine. Confortable bed and clean room. Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

The breakfast was cooked to order and was very fresh and high quality, like cage-free eggs. The ambiance and decor was exceptional. Breakfasts are delicio - I loved everything about our stay at VillaRosa, it is close to everything that you can think of when visiting Cape Town, the likes of Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront (Roben Ireland), Camps bay and etc... I'm definetly going to stay at Villa Rosa on my next trip to Capte Town. My kids loved staying at Villa Rosa, they are super crazy about their stay. Thank you very much to all Villa Rosa Staff.

  Very friendly owner who cooks a lovely breakfast (included in the price). Very comfortable, large double bed. Close to the bus route to the Waterfront (note: cash not accepted - travel card required) and local restaurants. - Everything worked, the place, the people, the comfort and convenience.
