Very professional staff. Very clean. Nice decor. Nice area of city. Very near to restaurants, other conveniences. Very safe area. City bus stops only a block away to take you into the CBD. Take Bus #15 north on Telok Kurau Road to the Eunos MRT station, on the East-West Line. -

In my view this hotel should have a higher rating.
The room was much bigger than I expected and the bed was huge. The window opened to a view of the street which is interesting.
The breakfast was good, buffet style and nice place to eat.

The Santa Grand, located in Singapore's Tanjong Katong, (tjk) area,
this is the "Belly" of Singapore, the variety and quality of
the varied ethnic cuisines makes this food lovers paradise. Of course
there are the many and varied shopping malls in the area but tjk is
known for it's food and the Santa Grand places you dead in the
middle. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are wonderful,
they are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and most of all just fun
folks, a great place.

I love the Jacuzzi. It was a good place to relax and unwind after the long travel. Thank God the showers has an actual place to rest your toileteries on, which some other hostels seem to ignore. Beds are comfortable and the idea of limiting guests to only 4 people per room is a must have if you need to rest, which is hard for other hostels to say

Location was ideal near the MRT station and bus stop. Peaceful and friendly staff. Description from the mRT could have improved. I used the wrong exit from the MRT (I turn right insead of left) and had a hard time finding Horne Road.

First I was there for my Birthday Surprise.
I love the atmosphere. So comfortable and nice.
I went to booked for Fiance's Birthday. I booked the Junior suite we came back for the second time.The bathroom was awesome!! Its very romantic, clean, nice, the bed is wonderful very comfortable!!
Overall we REALLY REALLY ENJOY OURSELF.

A nice little hotel quite central in Singapore, only a few minutes walk to Lavender MRT station, and with bus stop right outside the hotel also.The staff is very nice, always polite, and playful with our kids.
The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has nice pressure in the shower. There´s also closet space to put your clothes.
Nice little pool to dip in for the kids also.

The bed is so comfortable!! I stayed in the tree house loft. All soft drinks are complimentary. There is a nesspresso coffee machine. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is okay, not too much to mention. But the restaurant is famous among the Singaporean(said by a local friend). Too bad I didn't have the chance to try it. -

The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left.
We will certainly make sure we stay with you agai

Location of the hotel is definitely an advantage to its guests. it has a very good and accessible location.
Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.

A hotel within a country club
The well maintained Residence is located on the third floor of a country club in town, and comprises of 26 rooms and 2 suites, facing either the Padang (cricket lawn) or the city. The swimming pool which is located at the corner of the basement, which feels like a pond within a cave.
Cleanliness did not disappoint.

The hotel is in a great location in the colonial district kitty corner
to Raffles Hotel, walking distance to Singapore Flyer, subway, Hop On
Hop Off Bus, countless shopping centres and restaurants, the river and
boat quay, Marina Bay Sands Hotel and much more. There was a fair bit of
traffic noise as our room overlooked the front road...mainly seemed like
background type noise and didn't disturb our sleep. Somewhat odd
room. The hotel rooms are on the third floor, upper level of the club.
