Liked how the rooms were so beautifully designed I liked the reception staff namely Shaba and I love the location of the hotel. i loved the fact that my query was handled and i was pleased with the results.
I don't like the lack of use of such a beautiful facility. i don't like what is offered after you check out, especially as an all inclusive customer. i think check out for all inclusive customers should be extended until 5 with no room accommodations.

The resort was very comfortable and clean. The bed was incredibly cozy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. The town and restaurants are easily in walking distance.
The bathroom sink took forever to drain - but that was the only issue, no other problems at all. The location is good, but primarily for people who are interested in relaxing and not exploring the island.
Service was fantastic, staff went out of their way for you. Facilities were pretty okay as well.
The rooms were very run down and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The food, although it was all inclusive, could have been of better quality.

The closeness to everything shopping ,casino ,beach. The excursions were fun and exciting. The scenery was amazing! The food fantastic!
The room was not cleaned well. They never replaced our towels. We did find a large cockroach in our room.
