Staff very friendly and helpful and even provided rapid assistance with our Tourist Visa Voucher (several others did not respond).
Location wise it's a 5 minute walk from the metro and only 15-20 mins walk from the heart of Nevski Prospekt. There are also some excellent bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Location is great, close to the railway station and to the center; we travelled on foot almost all the time. We missed the breakfast, but the cafe in the hotel looks amazing!

Very good position. Just off the beaten track of of Nevskiy Prospect, and 150m away from the Mayakovskaya green line underground station. All around the hotel there are alot of resturants and coffee places. The ECO sustainabulity aspect of the hotel is that you must book your breakfast the night before. No waste.

The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. Location is great, supermarket is 100 meter from the suites and metro is only 150 meter away, make it convenient to commute to city center (4 stations) away. The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

Reception personnel was quite friendly and ready to help. Very good location - 10 minutes to Hermitage and shuttle to Peterhof, 5 minutes Isaakievsky sobor and to nearest subway station. Lots of good restaurants nearby, try "Teplo" restaurant -
