Nice hotel almost in the centre, but by public transport you can get anywhere. Big clean rooms, different of a normal hotel and nicely hidden inside different buildings.
I liked the room, it was perfect!

Staff need to realize that international clients smile, and like a more friendly level of interaction. Somber and coldly professional do not add to a clients perception of the hotel.
The hotel and the rooms are very clean, the furniture is new. Great location makes the staying in St Peterburg unforgettable! The hotel will not suit to families with children, because of the noisy street, full of night clubs.
Breakfast was unvaried, non tasty. I coundnt even drink the terrible coffee.

amazing hotel !!! very cosy and cute alongside with beautiful interior, big rooms, tv, mini bar and etc. it is absolute pleasure to stay over in such place ! romantic time is guaranteed =) plus very good location almost on the Nevskii street surrounded by main city attractions, transport and 24 hour restaurants. Staff is quite helpful if you ask for it.
the ONLY small disadvantage is that there are 3 bars on the opposite side of the street so it is not nice to walk pass it at night time but hotel has a security at the reception aria so we felt very safe.

The outside is awful - having arrived at 2330 we nearly turned around and booked into the Radisson. The reception area is not great either and both are a shame as the room was beautiful. Breakfast is a bit rubbish - might be better to charge more and provide better breakfast or don't provide at all.
The wireless was working properly and fast. The room design was very good and feels like you are in a design hotel. It was really close to nevsky prospekt which is the heart of the city so it was really easy to navigate. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge and clean. Our room was on third floor. The staff talks english which is very important in St.petes. Also they are triying to help whenever you need.
The breakfast wasnt quite good. If you are a breakfast person you would definetly be dissapointed. Everyday it is the same but it was really enough for me. Also as beeing a hote next to nevsky there can be some noise at nights . a specially when if you go there during white nights the noise wont stop untill 1-2 am. But if you are not a light sleeper it wont be a problem bacuase you can close the windows and turn on ac which workd perfectly and silently..

breakfast finishes at 10, which is pretty early i d say. The breakfast room becomes a cafe afterwards, but its staff are very unfriendly!
