This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! All the stuffs are very friendly and made my trip enjoyable.If you have any question such as visa voucher and trasportation from the airport(taxi), they give you the answer by email right away. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.

The hotel is maybe not what you expect from 4 stars in Western Europe but for the price and service, I think it is a good deal. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly.
The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested.
We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

The rooms are excellent - spacious and quiet altough facing the Nevsky Prospekt. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect - the Tube station is very close to the hotel, a big shopping centre Stokmann is withing 5min walk and there is a great restaurant ont he last floor - Restaurant Moskva.

It is an apartment located in an old building but with new and very nice facilities. Just across the street from the Hermitage. The price was a little over, but still in a very reasonable range comparing it with traditional hotels in the same area. Each room has a new bathroom, and there is a share kitchen fot only four rooms. The personal is very attentive. Excellent choice.

The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

The Demetra Art Hotel is a gem of a boutique hotel. It is only one year old and is very tastefully appointed. The location is excellent , only 200 metres to a Metro that is one stop from the centre of St Petersburg.The staff are young and friendly with excellent English. Book it quick because its going to get very popular and won't stay empty long
