In my opinion the location is excellent. Very close to the central pedestrian street but is a bit (in 5 minutes walking by feet) in a distance. Another advantage is the metro station is very near by, in 1-2 minutes by walk. The good news is that there actually was no really bad news during our stay. This Ibis is more or less what you could expect from an Ibis hotel in any other place. Very clean. We used a "smart deal" option from letsbookhotel.com (around 50 Euros per night) and I think it was an excellent choice.

The hotel has got nice rooms - without lots of luxuries but quite comfortable and cozy. It's conveniently located wth easy access to the city centre and all the interesting places. They serve tasty breakfasts. -

Probably one of the best hotel in Nizhny. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. The fitness center stay open until 23h00. -

Great location in the centre, just a few steps from the Kremlin (quite a walk up the hill though) and near one of the main streets (Rozhdestvenka) which is well-packed will all kinds of bars & restaurants.
But the hotel itself is located in a very quite sides treet.

Loved the stay there during November holidays. Staff were super friendly, free coffee,tea, sweets water. It was nice to get a complimentary treat warm milk, small cake and honey;) was late for it the second day of our stay. Breakfast was fine. -
