Cosa dice la gente
The location was excellent. Right near Red Square, a Metro station and a lovely park.
The bathroom was nicer than I expected. Great shower!
Excellent free breakfast from 7a-10a.
No kettle in the room but a dispenser down the hall provided water hot enough for tea or instant coffee.
Staff is good, they let me check in early, location is very good, unlike the previous comments it was very quite even during saturday night. A good value for the money, that's for sure. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Excellent localisation in Moscow, clean, comfortable (the hotel has
renovated his rooms). Good price for good quality, exactly what we
except when we arrive from Europe.
The staff is very friendly and speak English (very big plus for Moscow). Rooms were good and the hotel is close to the Red square.
The location is just 10 minutes walk from Red Square.
Breakfast is good. having fruit.
The receptionists speak English very well.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The location was excellent.
Good central location in Moscow and not so overpriced compared to other ciry hotels. Friendly staff.
Location was perfect close to good restaurants and the red squats.
Friendly Staff, Hotel centrally located in the city, affordable.
Great location very close to the metro. Easy access to Moscow.
Excellent location
Pleasant staff
Would stay again.
Friendly stuff
Spacious rooms
Delicious breakfast.
Hotel location. Very good value for money.
Best location.
The location is fantastic, pretty close to the main sites in Moscow like the Red Square, the Kremlin (8/10 min walking). Furthermore, the area is surrounded by good restaurants, bars and a metro station on the corner.
Location is great, staff is friendly & helpful, rooms are clean
albeit quite small. If you can keep your expectations modest then this
is a good jumping off place for exploring Moscow.
The location is perfect, just 8minute walk to the red square. The room is clean. Staff speaks good english and helpful. Breakfast is lovely. Internet connection is excellent.
The location was within easy walking distance of red square. The breakfast was good to set you up for the day and the cold outside.
Very good location, next to the metro station and walking distance to
many city attractions. Friendly staff, and clean rooms.
Location (city + metro), good breakfast, polite staff, clean room.
Location - very close to metro, 10mins walk to Red Square.
Proximity to main attractions e.g. Red Square, Kremlin.
It is very close to the city center.
Free Breakfast.
good stuff.
location, 10 min walk to red square and across the street from metro station.
Many steps to get up to the hotel with no elevators - not suitable for people who have trouble with stairs or carrying their bags.
The shades on the window didn't block the (midnight) sun. If you like plump pillows, bring your own.
Few hangers and non which would hold a skirt (no clips on hangars).
Room was pretty depressing, bed was too soft, everthing was so clean though.
The bad welcoming on this sunday morning (the person on the saturday
afternoon was really nice however).
Noise from the night clubs underneath the hotel if you are staying on the road side of the hotel.
The price is a bit expensive, so if you do not see value to be within walking distance of the main attractions of Moscow, it is best to look for other hotels further from the city center.
The breakfast was OK but it was the same everyday and the food was usually cold. It would be nice if they could serve some fruit every day.
Wi-Fi internet was working but a bit too slow.
Paper thin walls.
Small rooms.
HARD mattress on the bed and the sheets for the bed didn't even fit! Pretty poor breakfast (thought it is complimentary). Breakfast hotdogs anyone?.
Bathroom walls made of thin plastic
Hotel hard to locate on street as no obvious sign outside.
Poor noise isolation - you hear cars outside even if windows closed.
No electric kettle in the room.
Sometimes they no free rooms :).
The location.
Bad smell in the bathroom (single room) and the poor breakfast menu. The same food everyday is hard to understand!.
Bold bass notes from the nightclub below easily penetrate some or maybe
all rooms along the front hallway. Friday night music literally
continues until sunrise. This is however inaudible in rooms along the
back, not above the club.
Hotel is hard to spot - it's an unmarked doorway with a small buzzer button; look for a vertical sign above saying "отель".
Requested for a twin bed on booking but gave us double bed instead. Not convenient when ur friend shifts a lot on bed not to mention snoring. Locating the hotel is not easy. The management should consider putting a big board or something outside the hotel in English alphabet.
It was very hard to find the hotel. There was no indication that there was a hotel there from the outside.
The rooms are small and the beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast was
very poor. There were no lobby, lift or any other facilities at the
hotel. Tv includes only Russian channels.
no smoking areas.
Breakfast a bit limited, boring - every day same food, little to chose from.
Uncomfortable beds, noise from the street due to inefficient double-glazing.
Hotel entrance wasn't clear enough, there is a door plate just saying "hotel".
Noisy location (Above nightclub), Wallpaper coming off walls, incredibly small rooms, uncomfortable beds (Very thin mattress). Least comfortable accommodations I have had in 10 years.
poor breakfast ( for intl hotels , the food should be int as well but not only russian kitchen.
I had a single room which was small and with a terrible mattress. Staff was a bit cold.. not a single smile ! and the breakfast was limited.
