The hotel staff was great! They truly understood our situation (many bags, small children, little time, etc.) and they threw themselves behind the effort of getting us in the room and out the next morning to make it to the airport. Thanks, Ramada staff!

The best option to choose if you need to stay close to DME airport. Very nice rooms, the free shuttle service to DME is great.

Located close to the airport, the hotel is ideal if you have a late or early flight as we did. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and there is a good on site bar, restaurant, gym and health suite. Staff were professional and really helpful. Transfers can be booked by emailing the hotel - cost is 700 RUB from the airport and free returns.
Only slight complaint is that the room was very warm.

There were not such things, that we really didn't like, but some flaws included -the walls in the rooms are not soundproof -the shower is small

Bus to Airport departs on the hour every hour. If it was every 30minutes it would be more helpful

meal in restorant need the improvement, also blocking all payment form credit card In advance even 20% MORE. Then they tell me that all extra will be returned in 3 days. It is really unsuitable. That is only reason i will think another hotel near Domodedovo next time !
The facilities were very modern and clean. The staff members were bilingual, very courteous and helpful.

Great location near DME airport at reasonable price for Moscow. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant had good, varied menu with reasonable prices, comparable to a US business hotel.
Air conditioning does not cool to level expected by US travelers and temperature can be too warm in Summer time.

The shuttle service should be free both ways like in most of airport hotels in Europe. It can be at certain times only every hour. Or you can also do it at request but free of charge.
Good, clean and good location
Had to pay for transfer from airport to hotel which did not make any sense. It was 700 Rubbles which means approx 15.00. Had to call then to have them come and pick us up which was a big delay. On the website it says transfers so expected them not to charge. If they want the airport business this is something that they should include.
I had flown in from London and waiting for flight to Stavropol and needed a close, suitable for a stop without high cost

Close to Domodedovo airport. Hotel clean, modern,quiet.Dinner at hotel was easy and satisfactory. Good breakfast. Some reception staff spoke English and were able to obtain taxi for us to Northern Boat Station. It was a long drive & driver seemed uncertain of location of Boat Station (on the opposite side of Moscow) - but he did get us there!
Almost impossible to communicate directly with Ramada from USA. Email addresses online did not transmit. Fax # requested from letsbookhotel.com did not always work.

Depend on the heave traffic jam usualy it needs 1 hour to go to airport by car eventhough only a few kirometers drive.

I have booked transfer from airport to hotel but nobody was waiting for me after arrival. Same has happened to coleague of mine. Finally we were screwed by taxi drivers requesting ridiculous money for 5 minutes drive.

Location to the domo airport, if you are not flying in or out there at nighttime or early morning hours do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel in Moscow.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel all the wires from the mattress. Hotel staff didn't make the requested wake up call. I was told they couldn't pick me up from the airport by their shuttle to come and check into the airport even though they run a shuttle to the airport. Internet was working intermittently and in a glass cubical that faced the lobby so no privacy in terms of reviewing your email etc.
