Hotel staffs are very friendly welcome. They accepted our early-morning check out and prepared our small breakfast set. There is 24-hour-mini mart next to the hotel, so we could buy some foods and drinks very easily. -

The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. Location is great, supermarket is 100 meter from the suites and metro is only 150 meter away, make it convenient to commute to city center (4 stations) away. The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

Staff was so nice,attentive and helpful.
Check in and out was fast and easy, no waitings. No deposits at check in. Room (Mallorca) was very nice, cute and comfy. The hotel is a splendid old house in a very quiet area. Our room was very large and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings.
However, the best feature of the hotel was the staff - friendly, helpful, and with fluent English. My wife found the bed a little too soft for her back - housekeeping quickly set up a mattress on the floor which solved the problem.
In short - highly recommended.

Natalia was very friendly and helpful from the outset. I had booked a single room and had no concerns about security because the front door was always locked and Natalia was always on site. The location is perfect, not far from the Moskovskiy railway station and very close to many places of interest in the city center. Prices are valuable, and for this money you can find all services you need. And Natalia (administrator) is very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hostel to single travellers as well as to couples and groups.
PS: and also there is a very nice white cat Bianka living in the hostel!
