  The hotel is in downtown Constanta, very close to the seaside, old town and old port but Mamaia beaches are also very easily accessible from here.   Hotel Carol is my super-favourite of hotels. The price-quality is the best I have ever experienced, very friendly and helpful staff and a superb breakfast in a very charming building. Absolutely ideal to feel really comfortable during a business trip. I thank them very much to make my stays quite fabulous for several times already. - Amazing room... cosa dice la gente » s!   I have stayed there 2 times now and found it to be a very good. the Staff were friendly and could not help any more then they did . they also made me feel welcome - Comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff and a good location of the hotel. Everything was very clean and the rooms are spacious. Can't wait to return!
