The staff were absolutely wonderful. I made a few mistakes with my bookings and also arrived much later than expected, and they were very nice, patient and accommodating with everything. Location: a quiet street, nice neighbourhood, close to the shopping mall 'Sadyba', direct bus to the old city, Lazienki Park, shopping mall 'Zloty Taracy'.
Fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, cleanliness everywhere, didn't have to wait to go to the shared bathroom, independence, quiet neighbours (hardly ever saw them), friendly staff.

Stuffs were very friendly. I enjoyed swimming and fitness gym. The guest room we stayed had both bath tub and shower. We fortunately enjoyed Chopin Concert at the Park near the Hotel. I left a cloth at other hotel. So one stuff made effort to contact with traffic agency. We were happy to take the cloth again.

This is a nice place to stay, free internet and free secure parking. Big modern rooms a 5 min walk from the tram stop which takes you to the Center in 15min, quiet location with restaurants and supermarket close by. -
