  I stayed there more than 10 times within last 18 months. -The main thing about the Arsenal hotel is the staff who are just excellent.   The general quietness of the place. There was the odd coal train that pasted by to/from the coal mines. The menu and food was very good. - Very nice personal. Good apartment. I recommend this place

We think other reviews of this hotel, mainly on other sites, are unfair as the hotel is far better than described. We were very pleasantly surprised. - I have stayed at this hotel many times.   The staff include the cleaning room women and the peaceful atmosfera and all the architectural and all kind of modern fasility, the personal attitude especially the staff at breakfast , everything in hotel was super!!! - Excellent service again, great quiet room, everything a business hotel should be. Even have gluten free bread at brekfast!

  Location was excellent, within minutes of walking for Jasna Gora. It was on the backside where you didn't have to see all the tour buses or deal with all the people. It was a weekend so we had free parking right in front of the hotel. Restaurants within walking distance around the corner were good.   Location was just in the city center (but the street was really calm and quiet at night) - very comfortable walking distance to most of the city attractions.   Great staff; exceptionally clean and the restaurant food is Haute Cuisine with a polish twist. As a seasoned traveler I wouldn't give the hotel only 3 stars...it deserves more. - Very friendly well educated staf, excellent restaurant. Interior well taken care off. Rooms are not very big, but are nice. Good value for money
