I spent a whole week in this flat. Everything was very nice. The owner was very friendly and gave me some helpful ideas about what to do in Cracow. I didn't use the kitchen that much, because you can get good food in the city centre for a cheap price.

The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The apartment was spotless and very modern. It was in an excellent
location just 3 mins from Market Square and there was a local
supermarket around the corner. The staff were excellent and arranged
our trips out and sorted out our airport transfers. They were also
very knowledgable of the area. The apartment has everything you need,
cooker, fridge, Microwave, hairdryer, Iron. The apartment was also
very spacious.
