The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

Very freindly and helpfull staff.
Very good value for money.
Loverly decorated rooms, with antique furniture. Newly renovated house, very clean and modern bathrooms.
Superb breakfast with local cold meats on offer.
A small kitchenette with fridge, sink and 2 plate stove also available. Tea and coffee making facilities in kitchenette.
Would be back next time for sure while working at the airport, which is only 5 km away.

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Great owner, friendly and helpful. The check-in it's a 10 minutes of elegant humor (he preset the TVsat on italian channel to please us and jokes with us on it).
Very clean apartment, near all the services (little market, shopping center, tram, bus, drugstore).
With tram n°8 you travel direct to the town center in less than 20 min.
Lowest price I ever seen for an apartment like this.

I stayed for one week at the Abra apartment, they picked me up from the
airport for a very good price compared to other taxi services..
Apartment itself looked very clean, modern and conveniently..It's
got really everything you need. Wifi also works super ! 8 minute walk to
the main market, near to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops can be
found. I can highly recommend this apartment to everybody. -
1 room apartment with separate shower and toilet. Large kitchen area
and living / sleeping area. WiFi provided along with tv and dvd
player. Very friendly owner with basic essentials already in apartment
(coffee, sugar, toiletries etc). 10 minutes walk from the Main square
/ Old Town. 10 min taxi ride (£3) from bus and train stations.
Excellent value.
