  The hotel was in a very good location in a very good area very nea the center only 6 minutes with the buss. If one likes to wald to the center is also very convenient and very easy to reach the shops, restaurants and caffe's of the town. We even had gluden free bread brought to us at the table every morning. The soundpoof rooms - Really nice to find some well-appointed rooms with wooden floors and very good bedding!   Good central location, easy to walk to all attractions from the hotel. The rooms were basic and small but clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price in Oslo it was excellent value for money. WIFI was fast. Our room was so clean and comfortable 638. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and then went to Porsgrunn. Unfortunately we didn't book for our return stay and had to book into a different hotel :( as Smart Hotel was fully booked. Loved everything about it.   The staff was well prepared and orinented to the care of the guests. It was not easy to manage the continuous arrive of on-line bookings, but the staff offered tailored solutions to us and to the other guests with which we spoke. Two bathrooms with wet room facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful eg were very quick to sort out an internet access problem. Appartment was also nice and warm. Location also good - plenty of food shops (and tram links) within a few minutes walk. The city centre was easily walkable but had good tram links. Will use the appartments again on futuer visits. - There were 8 of us and we stayed in the apartment for 8 people. The apartment is on two floors. Space is huge. The hotel is close to the center - no more than 20 minutes to the center. Bus and tram station is 2 minutes away.
