Location of hotel is good, close to the main train station, but not adjacent, and within easy walking distance to shopping and city sites.   The staff was well prepared and orinented to the care of the guests. It was not easy to manage the continuous arrive of on-line bookings, but the staff offered tailored solutions to us and to the other guests with which we spoke. Two bathrooms with wet room facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful eg were very quick to sort out an internet access problem. Appartment was also nice and warm. Location also good - plenty of food shops (and tram links) within a few minutes walk. The city centre was easily walkable but had good tram links. Will use the appartments again on futuer visits. - There were 8 of us and we stayed in the apartment for 8 people. The apartment is on two floors. Space is huge. The hotel is close to the center - no more than 20 minutes to the center. Bus and tram station is 2 minutes away.

Very conveniently located, just in the middle of the centrum and only 50 meters from Central station which is perfect for those who is travelling. Even though it is in the centrum it was very quiet. Our studio was very spacious, modern and comfortable with excellent facilities and fast Internet. The bathroom was great - we loved the heated towel rails and shower stall - and the kitchenette was a real bonus for breakfast and snacks. Fantastic location in the centre of Oslo and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a flash!
