  The hotel was VERY cheap for a Central Oslo location, had everything you needed, receptionists very friendly and always happy to help (particularly Herman and Anniken), free breakfast kept me full throughout the day and saved me money, bathroom was in the room unlike other hostel-like accommodation I've stayed in, free WiFi was a big positive - B... cosa dice la gente » reakfast is very good (nothing missing). The hostel is very well located. The restroom and the room are clean. The shower is really good. Wi-fi at the public areas works well. And the staff is simply fantastic (they really help you and always smile all the time). Congratulations.

  Good central location, easy to walk to all attractions from the hotel. The rooms were basic and small but clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price in Oslo it was excellent value for money. WIFI was fast. Our room was so clean and comfortable 638. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and then went to Porsgrunn. Unfortunately we didn't book for our return stay and had to book into a different hotel :( as Smart Hotel was fully booked. Loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay - so friendly and welcoming, Will be back! xx

  On arrival the staff at reception were very attentive, professional and were even nice enough to give me a room with balcony. Although the room was small & cosy but it was very well prepared and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and it was really nice to have had a few sunny days so we can make use of the balcony. Most of the sights are located within a 15 minute radius. Walking to the central station also takes 15 minutes. Bus and tram stops 1 minute away. Metro is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast: Superb cooked breakfast! Oslo is one of the cities where you need to have breakfast included as food is ridiculously expensive. Staff kindly opened the breakfast 20 minutes earlier so we could get some breakfast before we catch an early train to Bergen. Comfort: Really nice r
