The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was easy to find. The hotel cannot accept credit cards form the U.S. which don't have the security chip and pin code set up. This caught me by surprise when checking out and I spent a good bit of the morning trying to find a way to come up with the cash for the bill. Noting this on the hotel write-up for your web site would have helped me to prepare for this in advance.
