Close to the bus station (Bab Doukhala) and there is a car parking very clos - I came to Marrakesh in the middle of Aug., which was a low sea for tourist, there is only me check in during the afternoon and in the second day I knew there was one more guest. The owner was local, who can speak English,French,Arabic. And he can play guitar and Luta(a local musical instrument) very well. Location is good. You will reach the Medina in 10 minutes by foot.
