Run by a nice italian family, perhaps lacks the cosiness that other Riads have, however in saying that it was fair for the price. Fine for a one or two nights stay. Good location not far from the main square. Clean
we stayed in December and there was a thin sheet on our bed with no extra blanket- i was really cold during the night, do ask for a blanket if you stay in the winter months. Quite a big riad so alot of echo up to the rooms

Nothing to dislike! I suppose a balcony would have been nice but there were plenty of these in bars and restaurants on Marrakech.
Federica and the other staff are warm and welcoming and ready to give you advice about how to get around Marrakech. The riad is clean and comfortable and situated in a great location within easy walking distance of the main square and souks as well as the petit taxi ranks.
There is nothing about the riad I did not like. I was not so impressed with Marrakech though.
The staff we extremely helpful. They meet us in the square and took us to the riad. I had also left some stuff in Fez and they helped me organise to have them sent home. Enjoyed our stay very much.
Awesome location and convenient to the square. Staff was excellent and provided great information and recommendations to the surrounding attractions. Rooms cozy and and unique to really capture the Moroccan culture. Breakfast was the best!

Can be a little bit noisy in the morning once breakfast time starts but this is more down to how loud the other guests are and the style of Riads.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone without second thought.the two italian girls who running this riad are so kind and helpful.the riad smelt beautiful,it was clean and the room was very comfortable,very clean with nice bathroom.excellent value for money!i wish I could stay more.federica gracie per tutto!
The place is beautiful, has a nice terrace. The location is really great, 10 minutes walk to the Jema el Fna square. We felt pretty safe walking there and back even at night. You can explore the whole Medina by foot from the riad, which is nice.
Some of the staff did not speak english.

I had arranged to have a shuttle at the airport to pick us up and take us to the hotel. They picked us up as arranged and took us to the parking area near the hotel where hotel staff met us to walk to the hotel with us and assist with luggage. We were welcomed at the hotel by Federica who spoke good english and provided us with maps and travel tips for our stay in Marrakesh. We stayed in room number 6 on the 2nd floor. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, we had lots of hot water, the shower worked well, and there was nice big towels. The breakfast was excellent. Consisted mainly of coffee, orange juice, bread, jams, cheese, and occasionally some ham. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights.
We did hear a lot of noise in our room from activity in the lobby area. The rooms surround an open foyer that is the dining area on the main floor and is then open between the other floors. So any activity in the foyer area would likely be heard in all rooms.
I liked evrything and I was like in a family . The staff is very kind. I was also glad because they provided tour guide and nice trips. Besides, the prices are not high and the location is wonderful.

When we arrived the riad was under refurbishment,there was no information about this on their website so we had to spend the day outside,this was not our first time in Marrakech,we wanted to enjoyed a bit more time in the riad,when mentioned to the person in charge no solution was given,he wasnt very helpful then. Over price Morrocan beer.
