The two staff members I met seemed like genuine happy guys. I loved
their energy. Helpful and silly. Rooms have a cool view but being
right above the central square guarantees a noisy night. Kids
yelling, dogs barking, music playing. It died down around 2 am on a
weekday. Not terrible, tho. If was also close to the main road. Easy
for taxi drop off.

While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it.
We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival the manager apologized and refund the price f

I was there for a business and it was very convenient location far from casablanca trafic ,very friendly and nice staff specially the manager Mr alaoui , and its only hotel setting on the beautiful corniche of casablanca, worth every penny

Its real nice hotel with nice staff member , especially " Omar " he is managing the reception staff I guess, he kept everything simple, every inquiry we had he managed to explained it simply, also when we need to extend our stay though it was high season he managed to do it for us. -

The breakfast buffet has little selections but very nutritious, and the green tea is not something to miss out ;)

The lady receptionist was polite and helpful when we arrived. The door men couldn't do enough for us, getting us a taxi to go out the evening we stayed, and the next morning for the train station.
Breakfast was good; plenty of breads, cheese, jams etc, and scrambled eggs if wanted. lots of sweet biscuits also.

Traditional look and feel to this hotel. You would not find something similar outside of Morocco. I stayed here my first two nights in the the country and got accustomed to the wonderful breakfast buffet served there. Little did I know that it would be the only such breakfast served. All other riads I stayed in served pretty much the same breakfast with coffee/teas, juice and Moroccan bread. Adequate, but not even close to the yummy array at Moroccan house. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Free Wifi in the loby. It's a great budget hotel. It is also close to the Casa Voyagers train station where you get the train to/from the airport. Very convienent. -
