this was our first stop on our trip through morocco & we enjoyed our stay here immensely. lovely old style hotel right on the beach. great staff & wonderful buffet breakfast. enjoyed our walks along the corniche.

Expensive beverages/restaurant. Breakfast with large variety of marocan food but without european food. Lack of information about surroundings: example. Bvd. De la Corniche is the best boulevard in the city, great view, perfect, but an information regarding that from the hotel to Hassan Mosque it's not recommended to walk because of the slums will be very helpful for not ruining my day and live in terror because of my wife blonde hair which was "main attraction" for everybody there.

Towels are too old . If u like the hotel because of its location , I suggest that u bring your own towels, otherwise, u run the risk of getting skin diseas !

I was very satisfied with all. Good position, very nice garden and swimming pool, very well served and equiped breakfast buffet.
While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it. We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival the manager apologized and refund the price for the taxi in cash as well as offering late check out as compensation. When leaving we found the amount had been added to the bill due to the cashier booking the cash expense wrongly. It took some discussion (15 minutes) and the arrival of another manager to get that sorted out again. But overall we found the people rather helpful and willing to make up for any issue - in the end you are in Afrika, so mistakes happen ...
The carpet in the room was rather dirty and looked disgusting which lowered our perception of the overall cleaness, although the bath and everything was really clean.

I was there for a business and it was very convenient location far from casablanca trafic ,very friendly and nice staff specially the manager Mr alaoui , and its only hotel setting on the beautiful corniche of casablanca, worth every penny We will definitely be going back, Amine

- Hotel staff is friendly, especially Ms. Zineb in the reception desk who is very helpful with nice smile - location is perfect and convenient - breakfast is good and has beautiful window view to the sea
- We checked 3 rooms before getting a clean one.
In general everything is fine there...good value for money.
Restaurant menu is poor, buffet is poor...quality of food isnt great...cleaniliness is poor as well.
I loved the location
1- there is no one to guide you or show you the place ex. ( pool, restaurant, tourists voucher/map .. etc) 2- the room is to dirty. 3- no tawils in the path room

Architectural design hotel is fantastic - but needs many maintenance work and renewal, for example, I had to change one of the rooms three times as a result of a central air conditioning not working, the last time at midnight

Basically good. Location is the best for Casablanca - on the ocean beach in the new resourt area, and at the same time in the city. It stands right on the sea shore, on the edge of the city sand beach, so nice place to bathe in the ocean (though having two swimming-pools for those strange people who prefer swimming-pools coming to the sea beach). Has a private car parking, thus good for those who travel by car.
When we came, there have been no towels in the room at all. One request to bring them was not enough, we had to wait rather long and repeat the request. The seiling in the bathroom is very frayed, having flocks of paint, carpets on the floors look dirty. The electric plugs of the lamps have been broken and dangerous to unplug (which was necessary to do since there has been no other sockets to plug in the mobile phone or computer). It looks like the time has come to make some refurbishment.

Details in the rooms were off... Appliances not properly plug in to walls, shower causes water to flood the bathroom, tv signal in the room was not great, safe int he room did not work, there were tiny flies all over the room and it smelled damped. Not menu in the room for room services. No clear access to the beach. But what was the most offputting was the details in the room, in some cases did not look safe and uncomfortable

This was a prime hotel now on a serious decline. The pictures are beautiful on the reservations page, but the hotel's disorganization detracts from the potential pleasure of the stay.
The location is super, you can't top it. Few steps to many cafes & restaurants , a cinema is close by as well as Anfa shopping mall. Not to mention the sea front cornish.
The decore needs to be updated. Bathrooms should be remodeld, it does not make sense to have the toilet in a cabin & the bedit in the bathroom. Remove the seperating wall. The bath tub is too high in the room we stayed at, could lead to accidents. Water flow in the shower is not stable , nor it's tempreture. The carpet in the rooms as well as the hotel coridor is old & filthy.
I liked the pool and the garden view, Internet was good.
I didn't like the room, I asked reception about 7 times to open the safe for me and the said OK 7 times but no one came.
The location right on the beach and promenade is spectacular. This could really be a wonderful place with a bit of attention.
The room I was given was in desperate need of an upgrade, I am not a fussy person but the carpet was revoltingly dirty and stained. The door onto the balcony would not close.

Absolutely nothing. Full of disadvantages, very bad service.
The carpet is so dirty, air condition not working well, food is miserable. I asked for iron, they brought 2 both not working. The price is too expensive compared to what I paid. Believe it or not, it is not allowed to buy food from outside and take it to ur room.
