We really enjoyed the location, it is right next to the main square. Everything looks new, the room has good air con, showers are quite spacious and the staff is excellent. Thank you Ray! -

The manager Michael was particularly helpful especially when the washing machine flooded the kitchen and must say I am really grateful. All the washing of the half washed clothes and drying was done a his own time. -

Very friendly staff and comfortable lodge. Close to the beach. Many garbage drift to the beach but those are from KK. Staff cleans every morning. (We helped them) Beautiful sunset point. I really recommend to go to the beach in the morning before breakfast! We were swimming with nobody. -

The river lodge was so spacious, comfortable to accomodate 6 adults and price per person per night is worthwhile because it comes with breakfast. Being guest we are allowed 24 hr access to the hotspring. The housekeeping is excellent. Wonderful hotel, we splurged out on a night in one of the lodges, and it was really worth it. Really enjoyed a night-time soak in a hot spring pool after coming down Mt. Kinabalu! We also had a huge step-down bathtub in our room, but the hot spring won. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious and overall, it was worth travelling here after a long day on the mountain. Would love to come again!

It's on a convenient location but not too busy with acceptable rate. The room was spacious. Consumables such as tissue paper and soap were adequately supplied. -

The location was user friendly, the proprietor was very helpful and oblidging. The apartment although aged was very clean and plenty of space. Although we did not cook there was enough equipmentprovided to facilitate it if necessary. Great value for money

The staff always made sure we had all we needed.
The resort's private beach is exquisite and has a snorkeling trail for its clients. They also have a nice trekking path with a nice view of the tropical forest (an employee will take you there complimentarily).
The spa was amazing as they have well trained professionals taking care of you.

We had a small balcony in our room with the most amazing view. It was so still an tranquil with just the sounds of the jungle. Absolutely beautiful! I also loved the shower room as it was part open to the jungle and there's nothing like showering in the open air. I loved it!!
