Huge apartment style room. High standard room, spotlessly clean. A real luxury after having travelled in Japan beforehand and not had any large space to enjoy until we arrived T Fraser Place. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, most of the main KL sites and shopping centres are within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities and nice sized apartments. Good choice for families with children.

Spacious rooms, wifi in the room, quiet a/c in the room, roof top infinity pool + sauna + bubble pool, central-5min walk to Petronas Towers, 10min walk to KL Tower, 5min walk to commuter train, 4x Apple PC in lobby with Internet, friendly staff and helpful concierge/bell boy, equipped kitchen.
Breakfast could have more variety-it's quite basic.

Located in a safe & busy area with restaurants and bars. Only 5 mins walk to twin towers. The room was super nice, it even has a walk in closet. I got a great deal on the room. Can't expect anymore from a 5 stars hotel!

1) people swimming in the clothes (trousers, shirts etc.) irrespective of the rules - noone watches that. you'd like to bath with a view of towers and then there's such a surprise. appalling !!! 2) the fridge could contain some beverages
The room so clean..the location..so near ..walking distance to klcc and to pavillion..bukit bintang...,the bed..so comfort .. i have very sound sleep during the stay..wish to stay longer
The view..even we are at 16th floor..and facing the twin tower but we can't see because tall building in front of our room..the waiting time for elevator.. a bit long.Anyhow,we still love the place..
Rooms were simple but large and tastefully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable and the wifi works perfectly. That's all good enough for me.

The room was clean and comfortable and well located in city center near to all attractions.
I arrived 9:00 AM and had to wait till 1:30 PM to get the room which was very inconvenient for my travel plan.

* big, bright and comfortable studio room * glass wall in the bathroom - nice if you're traveling as a couple or with a co-worker hoping to break ice^^ obviously you can opt-out by lowering the curtain * close to Bukit Bintang and Puduraya Bus Station, located on a lively street with nice restaurants/clubs * tasty breakfast although the choice could have been bigger
* no wifi on rooftop pool * rooftop pool opened till 10pm (it's a standard practice but would be nice if they extended it) * quite hard to find

Very nice big room - clean and luxurious and very comfortable - especially the bed is very soft and nice to sleep in. Excellent Breakfast, a very nice pool on the 18th floor, a good Sauna which actually also is not only warm but hot which is hard to find in asia. The location is just great! There are walkways which are above the street just 200 meters away from the hotel from where you can reach everything within 5 minutes in walking distant.
The only things they can improve in my opinion is the gym - it was not equipped very well and at the already good Breakfast, Fruits would be a nice topping to make it perfect.
The hotel staff was excellent. The guest services staff were friendly and welcoming. On arrival I received an upgrade into a larger apartment. The location is great, a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC shopping mall. Lots of restaurants in the area. I had a great stay in this hotel.

lifts are a bit slow but not annoyingly slow. the lobby and entrance don't look appropriate for such a top class apart-hotel. but don't be received by that because the rest is top class.

I received an upgrade upon arrival - great room. Excellent location with easy walk to The Pavillion / Bukit Bintang and KLCC and related public transport.
The deposit I paid upon arrival for any room charges is yet to be refunded (a little disappointing!)

overall stay is very comfortable - very clean, feel modern, stylish, homely and safe. staff are mostly polite and helpful assisting to meet our requests and enquiries during the stay.
1. breakfast is good but not excellent. 2. internet connection is not always working. 3. pool and spa areas need a little more maintainance, finishing detailing and touch of service.
It's an amazing apartment with excellent location. Excellent service. Walking distance from twin towers. Worth every single penny.
There is nothing that didn't like about it :)
