Opened in 2009, this is quite a spacious relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available at every level except the rooms which is more convenient than many hotels where you can only get it at the lobby level.
Plenty of surrounding food choices ands other leisure activities conveniently located within the same mall.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly even though we had some
technical problem during check in. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Tv channels are clear. -

Stayed in Deluxe room for 3 pax. It's the only hotel that actually
provided amenities for 3 pax without asking. Most other hotels, I have
to call for extra amenities even though I already booked for 3 pax! Love

The location is good and easy to find with the help from the gps.
Also it is surrounded with all the restaurants nearby and ksl mall is
just abt 3 mins away...car park is ample provided you park early
especially weekend.
We stayed in a triple deluxe room and room was comfortable and amenities is adequate though the air conditioning could be better as the remote switch seems malfunction.
All in...is value for money and I will return again if I drop by to JB again.

Friendly staffs, all basic things like towel, toothbrush, tv with programmes to watch, the hotel is nicely designed. Extra door before the lift for extra security. Lift buttons are touch sensors, very cool. Basin for handwash before lift. The basin is just what I need when my hands are oily from the breakfast in the hotel.

We stayed in a family room for 4 people and it was huge. The decor is a little dated but it is clean. Location was excellent - only about 14-20 mins to Legoland and 15 mins drive to Singapore causeway. Staff are quite helpful. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of western and Asian food. -

Front staffs are good although it's not all of them. Our room is
very clean, comfortable, and spacy. Everything looks good and new. I
really like the bathroom because it has a bathtub with clean, spacy, and
modern style. It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s)
weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since
it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this
hotel looks good and clean.

Staff attitide is excellent. I would like to thanks the staff who work at the night shift (around 12am). There's no parking available but staffs tried their best to find the parking lot for me. I did not expect I will have such high standard of service when staying at budget hotel. Although its at cheaper rate, the facilities is the best among all

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was there during weekends and requested them to book a cab for me. No cab wanted to come to fetch me due to the location and the "boss" told me that if needed he will send me to the place I intend to go. I did not ask for his help but when I was going back after checkout, he send me back to the shopping center nearby.
