  Very clean and luxurious hotel. Nice rooms (typical Tokyo size, so a bit small, but you get used to it). Great multi-story supermarket nearby. We did well on price, but I imagine it's not usually that cheap considering how nice this place is! - Easy connection to Haneda airport and through to JR lines for Shinagawa.

Room was typically small Tokyo style room, but it was clean and comfortable. My son loved the breakfast buffet, which isn't the biggest but it's adequate to set you up for the day.
