  Very good location! 2 blocks from the station! Area with many restaurants! There is a small grocery store just next to it that helped for breakfast and snacks. The staff was very polite and helpfull but spoke poor english. The room was very dusty, I complained and they cleaned better. Very small room. We had a double room, with little floor space to keep our luggage (though small rooms seem to be the norm in Japan), but the bed was comfortable and there was a desk and lots of powerpoints.
