We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

Up to now the nicest hotel I sayed in Tokyo.. Amazing location close to the Emperor´s Gardens, Ginza and Tsukiji Fish market. The concierge took care of everything I asked - gave all infos, booked tickets, arranged for transport. Very well equiped rooms with funny colonial charme.

Lovely, clean small hotel, with large, bright rooms by Japanese standard. The staff is very helpful and they speak good English. It is located in a nice, quiet environment close to shops, restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and able to speak some English. Hotel is very clean and there were complimentary toiletries that are beyond the usual (i.e. toothbrush, razor w/shaving cream, hair brush, washing cloths). It was a clean hotel very well located. We subsequently stayed at a hotel further away from Shibuya station a few days later and missed the convenience.
As expected, like all rooms in Tokyo (that come at a reasonable price) it was small, but very manageable.
