Cosa dice la gente
The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station and convenient to shops, restaurants, and shinkansen lines. The rooms are small, but that is typical of Japanese hotels. The room layout is compact yet efficient. I had everything I needed. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler. The laundry facilities are great, but could use some simple English instructions. (what are the clipboards for?) That would be helpful for foreign travelers. The staff was very polite and courteous. The facilities and room . tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Very respectful, friendly staff, great location near Tokyo Station and Ginza, the hotel is easy to find (you can see yellow and blue sign of the hotel staying at Yaesu Central Entrance of Tokyo Station), nice design of the room's interior, and room is not so small even when you use a wheelchair (if it's not big). I hope, I'll have chance to visit this hotel again.
Very clean. Staff most helpful and courteous. Breakfast ok but not huge
choice for Westerners. Great location for Tokyo Central Rail Station -2
min walk. Not much to do in local area after dark apart from few bars,
one english (we ate in here, very good) and one irish pub. Lots of
restuarants around. Great for short city stay.
I very thankful to the Manager lady during my check-in on 28th Aug night
as I encountered credit card problem from hsbc Brunei. My credit card
not read by the credit card machine. She very helpful to find a way to
solve my problem. This is the service we want and not just asking to
have another card and cash all the time.
Staff were able to speak in Japanese, English and Putonghua. Since the hotel is opened from 17 August 2013, the hotel is very new and equipped with excellent facilitates. I love the spa! Good location! Just few minutes from Tokyo station and the price is really cheap comparing with other hotels nearby.
English speaking friendly & helpful staff. Clean & modern room. Choice of your pillow. Hot spring & laundry room for ladies only. Soft drink vending machine on each floors. Eco & healthy water dispenser on each floors. Multiple charger for all types of phones or tablets.
Love the location. Near to Tokyo station (across the road) and also the Airport Limo Bus which are just steps away from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, coin laundry at only 200 yen (and 100 yen for dryer) and they have good internet access in the room!.
Location is great 3 minutes from tokyo station. The hotel is new -
started at 8.13. the stuff was helpful and as tipical in japan hotel and
rooms very clean and contains whatever is needed. And finally the
tradional baths -refreshing after long flight.
Great family friendly hotel in a convenient location near shops and transport. Very clean, we all loved the hot bath. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Being a runner I loved the location nearby the Imperial Palace for an early morning jog.
The hotel is super close to Tokyo station (Yaesu Central Exit), just right across the street, slightly behind Yanma building.
Hot bath open until 2am.
Choices of pillow that can fit your comfort.
Variety of cable in the room.
The hotel is located by Tokyo Station. It takes 3 minutes to get to it from station. Nice hotel facility is bath in japanese style. Bath helps relax and put off tiredness after long walks.
The location is perfect. The hotel is so close to Tokyo station and there is also direct buses to haneda airport.
The staffs are Nice and always tried their best to solve ur needs.

location: just a few steps to Tokyo station, 7-11, shopping mall.
Staff: ready to help at any time.
Room facilities: basic, good quality, clean.
Price: you paid what you got.
The staff is very friendly. We left our ipad and toy in room after check-out. But we got it back because the staff collected them and finally we got it back.
The nicest hotel on my three week trip around Japan. New, fresh and well appointed. A bit more room than some hotels. Phone charger plugs of all varieties.
Close to the train station and Ginza shopping district. Tons of little hidden dining places around this hotel. Everything was within walking distance.
Never seen such friendly, humble and helpful staff. We felt sooooooo welcome and comfortable. Great location at Tokyo Station and Ginza shopping area.
Very clean hotel, friendly staff, great location less than five minutes from Tokyo. Free wifi and breakfast. Lots of good dining options nearby.
Very friendly staff, clean, close to Tokyo Station (5 minutes away), great location, near 24hr restaurant and Lawson's.
Very good location. Pleasant staff. Good facilities - good a/c, good
bathroom, coin laundry, brand new hotel.
Great location just near Tokyo station. Very new hotel with onsen facility, choice of pillows and free wifi.
- Large room and comfortable bed.
- Close to Tokyo Railway station, just need to walk across the main road.
Brand new. Business-hotel, but with a new touch. Design. Staff. Perfect location. Spa. Quite perfect!.
Staff were extremely courteous, respectful [like all japan] and helpful.
Facilities ok.
A great location (close to Tokyo station). A new hotel very clean and confortable.
I was very satisfied about the convenient location, hot spring and the staffs.
Location was very good and price was reasonable for a hotel in
central Tokyo.
The staff was very helpful and courteous.
Very close to Tokyo station.
Location to the train station was very close. A very new property.
Location, location, location
Cleanliness
Friendly staff
Free Wi-fi.
Clean, well organized. Super nice hot bathes for men and women.
Close to Tokyo station, value for money, clean.
cleanliness of the hotel.
Friendly staff.
Everything but.
good service.
Very close to Tokyo Central Station, and transport options that it offers;
Close to shopping options especially the Ginza district;.
good location, staff were helpful and could communicate in good English, wifi in the room was worth mentioning.
Location is good, close to Tokyo Station.
Proximity to Tokyo station.
Had triple room for 3 adults (daughter with us). Room advertised as
double with loft which we imagined as mezzanine or similar but
unfortunately was just a bunk bed over the double. Room very small. No
wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Spent 3 nights here and was very snug
to say the least! But this was the only complaint.
The room is too small for triple people in the same room. Not easy to go in and out.
Room a bit small for triple & not much closet space.
The room is small - very small. Only japanece breakfast.
Rooms are a bit on the small side by western standards, but a small price to pay for the location and convenience.
The hotel uses password access instead of giving out an actual room card.
I hv to take out my password sheet everytime opening my room, because the passwords was too long to memorize.
@ Only Japanese breakfast
@ Rooms are small for EU standards.
There is any to share.
The mirror on the wall near the toilet door gave me a fright when I got up in the night ;-).
The rooms for a couple are very small. You literally have to climb on the bed to pass another person and there is no place for luggage or closets. Simply a place to sleep and nothing else.
Room was small but efficient.
Very small room. No English tv, even cnn was dubbed in Japanese.
Pricy for size of room without breakfast included.
- The female Onsen at 3/F is a bit crowded during the peak hours at night. The lockers and changing area are insufficient to cater over 20 people.
Rooms small for the cost - perhaps "city". Slightly more space
would be appreciated.
Size of the room very small (difficult to move for a couple).
Check in starting only at 3pm.
Lack of English for all staff including the concierge.
We got an e-mail 4 days before our arrival threatening to cancel our
reservation if we did not respond. Since we were travelling through
Japan, we didn't always have e-mail access, so this was disturbing.
The mattress was a bit hard for me, but my husband liked it.
Not real easy to find! A cheaper option for breakfast would be nice.
Room was very small
Thin walls.
Poor beds.
room size very small.
Inflexible in checking in early . Imposible to check in earlier than 15.00 . Terrible after a 15 hour flight an 37 C in tokyo.
The small size of the room.
The rooms are tiny, and there is very little room for luggage.
The room was small and there was no sufficient space to put our luggage cases.
Room is too small, luggage can't be fully open.
Room was too small, claustrophobic. No telephone in ro.
