I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. I had stayed at one in Osaka for
a few days last year but this one in Sapporo was bigger. And of better
quality. I thought the bathroom was fairly large and luxurious despite
the room-size. The staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Even
when I informed them that I had an accident with one of their lamps,
they quickly put my worries to rest & said they would take care of
it no problem. I plan to stay here again if possible if I am to come
back t

Very conveniently located outside the North Exit of Sapporo jr Station,
just 2 minutes walk in the open; especially good for us with luggage.
This Hotel is perfect for both long and short stay in Sapporo with small
eateries and convenient stores nearby. Check-in and out are smooth,
simple and quick. Staff is willing to help though with limited English.
Room and bath are spacious enough in Japanese standard. Excellent to
have massage chair in room for relaxation after a day's walk /

Love the hotel, nice modern clean room. Connecting rooms were an added advantage. Ski in and out facilities were very convenient. Rental services was very convenient, staffs were helpful and went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. With the lockers provided, equipment were conveniently stored. We were very surprised about the quality of both the dinner and breakfast buffet. We were expecting mediocre, standard tourist fare so we were very happy that the food was much better. The tofu served for breakfast was sublime!
