  Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had plenty of amenities including bath salts, hair gel, face scrub, face lotion and other women's amenities. The connection to all sights in Tokyo is brilliant because the Metro is just 2 min. by foot. Breakfast was included, which made it very convenient in the mornings. We were allowed to store our luggage on the last day after the check-out. Very nice stay!

We chose this hotel in the list of letsbookhotel.com because it was the first time we were going to visit Japan and the localization seemed to be easy for us to go around and the Limousine bus could leave us at the hotel.   I stayed for 16 nights. i travelled alone. The hotel is very close to metro kayabacho station 2-3 min walk. There are several combinis close to hotel and a ramen place name tunderbird i recommend. you can also find a lot of place to eat near suitengumae station which takes 6-7 min walk. The breakfast was ok you can have jam, egg, tea, coffee, read... cosa dice la gente » y soup and several kind of breads. The staff is very helpful and smiling but not very good at english. The hotel and my room were very clean. In my ro - Breakfast was good. Umbrellas are provided for rainy days (just ask the front desk). Wifi was available unlike what was indicated on the letsbookhotel.com page. For JR pass travellers, take exit B1 from hatchobori station so you are already in the right direction to walk to the hotel... The Japanese tend to show maps upside down :-)
