mancavano buone luci per il make up e uno specchio a figura intera, che avrebbe potuto, senza disturbare l'arredo, essere nascosto in bagno o dentro l'armadio. Anche nella stanza le luci erano suggestive, ma troppo basse.

in our room there was not a mirror in the bathroom had wires hanging, but it most likely is because recently open hotel
The location is excellent, just between the Arena and the Castelvecchio. We liked the room design and its atmosphere that wasn't "synthetic" like in other hotels. Staff was very kind and helpful, and breakfast was sufficient and of high quality.
The hotel is new and in operating stage, so minute items are still missing. We would expect that for that period, room rate will be lower. Still we enjoyed very much our stay in the hotel and in Verona.
The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. They served a lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room in the morning to add to it all. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona!

The hotel was under going refurbishment which meant that we could not use any of the facilities, plus we had a construction site outside our hotel room and the noise was unbearable. We were offered no compensation for the discomfort that we experienced.
