Cosa dice la gente
The B&B was perfectly located, right down the street from Piazza Bra in the center of town, and very close to a number of restaurants. It was easy to walk to all the sights we had picked out to visit. The bus from the train station stopped very near the B&B.
The room was very nice, and probably the largest of all the rooms we stayed in on our trip to Italy. We didn't need it, but there is a small elevator to help get up to the room. The room was very quiet at night, not on a maj. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
I cannot fault this beautiful BnB at all.
The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful.
We were in awe with the size and comfortability of the room. Our large windows looked down into one of the streets.
Breakfast was traditional and appetising.
It was close to the station (20 min leisurely walk), shops, restaurants and Casa Di Giulietta.
We were sad that our visit was short as we would have loved to have stayed a couple more days.
When we return to Verona,we will be returning b.
Staff met us with a glass of juice and gave us the best advice on where to get opera tickets for the arena and where to eat! Our hostesses' restaurant recommendation was excellent ( Il Ciottolo). And she called to make reservations for us ( we wouldn't have been able to). Location excellent - right off Piazza Bra close to the arena, shopping and a sweet wine bar on the block where people overflow onto street and mingle - very welcoming. And they called cab for us making our exit very easy.
This B&B is simply perfect:
1) the location is just next to the Arena (you literally might listen the concerts from your room :)) and easily access all sights quite quickly. The train station is 5 minutes by taxi and the airport - 25 minutes.
2. The room was clean, good looking, it felt like you are at home in a small apartment.
3. Nicoletta and Stefania (the owner) were so sweet and hospitable - I liked them both a lot!
I would definitely recommend this place to others.
The Hotel is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly and nice! The Hotel is comfortable and you feel like at home with the way they treat you. The breakfast is very good with delicious homemade food.
The location could not be better as they are close to the center square, Guillieta's house and other attractions.
The ladies who own B&B all'Opera are really wonderful. They have a beautiful B&B and are very concerned that you are comfortable and really go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect for you. It is really fantastic to know that places like this still exist.
Location was perfect. About a 3 minute walk from The Arena and right in the major shopping area. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was fresh each morning with a good variety.
The room was huge and very nicely decorated.
Clean and nicely decorated rooms, right in the heart of Verona. The hostess and her staff really made every effort to make us feel comfortable, very personal approach. Good extensive breakfast. We immediately felt at home!.
Superb location. Clean, expansive stylish room for a B&B. Walking distance to Arena and all attractions. Walking distance from train station. Extremely helpful and accommodating owner and staff.
The staff was overly accomodating since we had trouble finding the place
at first. We were late but she rode to us to the parking garage and took
us to a restaurant. Great service!.
Great location close to the Arena shops and restaurants. Spacious well designed room and roomy bathroom.
Very friendly helpful staff.
Excellent breakfast.
Very nice and friendly hostess, ready to help/advise. Location is great. Room is clean and facilitieas are in good shape.
Fantastic location, beautiful accomodations, spacious room. Breakfast included in rate. Would definitely stay again!.
Prime location for Opera.
Very friendly staff.
Good value for money.
Lovely breakfasts.
Rooms spacious and clean.
Great location and very pleasant host. I liked stylish furniture and designing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Easy to find in city center.
Very spacious room, clean and well equipped.
Nice little breakfast buffet.
Much better than what's shown on the pix! Excellent location and very friendly people!.
The rooms are very large and comfortable. Location is excellent. Breakfast is good.
Proximity to the Arena, very helpful and friendly staff and pleasant spacious room.
I like the location and room. They are very welcoming and comfortable.
Perfect location, lovely owner. Very comfortable and clean room.
Location excellant if you want to see an opera at teh arena.
Loved the room, the location, the staff and the breakfast.
Great location, very nice helpful owners.
Nice style, big rooms, very central.
the location is fantastic.
location, rooms.
Absolutely lovely staff, the ladies gladly helped with my heavy luggage in the stairs. Wonderfully clean room, new shower equipment, water pressure and temperature ok.
Location--close the the Arena was convenient.
"Mini bar" should indicate prices for bottle water, etc.
They do not have park in the Hotel but you can park your car in one of the 24 hours parking from Verona city downtown (approx. 1Km distance) which is not a big problem.
The location details could be more percise. The road by the hotel is not
easy to see at night travelling down the small road.
The elevator was a little idiosyncratic!.
Lift rather slow
Safe in room didn't work and was reported but not repaired.
Nothing).
-The lift is too slow
- On arrival time, there was nobody for check in, so we spent time in a close restaurant with our luggages.
Slightly temperamental lift, although once sussed was fine.
I checked the Internet before i booked this b&b and it commented their breakfast was very good. But I was a little disappointed. It was a cold breakfast.
The bed was very shaking and small.
The only ing was we wished we would have known that the owner was not on premises. When we arrived we could not get in and worried that we would have to find another place. We were tired, jetlagged and pannicked. The owner arrived a few minutes later. Might be a good idea to indicate this when people book so they don't pannick.
Could be cleaner.. Breakfast till 9.00 and check out till ten - that is
too early for holidays.. On the pedestrian street it is very loud
because of party-people.
It's an old house but did not keep its original style when refurbished, too bad for old stones lovers..
no tea and coffee in the rooms. bigger sign outside would help!.
Narrow steep staircase up to the tower room, where air conditioning was just about enough for one person, would not have worked for two (double bed).
100 €/night for B&B is high even with this location.
Loud music from the Arena kept me awake. Breakfast was served after 8 PM...I had to leave for the airport at 7:30. This was absurd! Also, the door to the building was locked from the inside so I had to leave the key there and felt uncomfortable doing so. The proprietor spoke little English so I was never sure about what I was supposed to do.
