  The rooms were great, new in design. Beds were great with extra blankets and pillows. The breakfast was the normal Italian b/b pastries and meats cereals, but enough for a morning starter. The breakfast is basic european with rolls, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc. This B&B is off the beaten path in Venice, so you have to walk or take the vaparetto to most places. Walking to St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, etc. is easy. There are 2 Vaparetto stops nearby which make travel around the city easy too.

  wonderfull attitude towards customers, friendly staff - Large pleasant room that was spotlessly clean. Hotel was close to the bus and train stations as well as a big waterbus stop. It was quite a long waterbus ride to the centre but if you had a good map it was possible to walk there fairly quickly.

  Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there. Very convenient as it is close to everything. The internet worked well for the most part. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable. Annalisa was very helpful with tips to visit places, restaurants etc. I would go again to the same B&B if I visit Venice in future.

It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel). The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells. If you have a huge luggage, I hope you have strong arms because the narrow stairwell requires you to hold the luggage in front or behind you.
