All the staffs and the boss are very kind and nice. We have a nice vue from our room balcon. The most important thing is the honesty of the staff and the hotel because my husband had forgotten the mobile in the room and the room cleaner had found it and gave to the reception. The reception had immediately telephoned us but unfornately we had already returned to Switzerland . They had checked all the shipping way to ship back the mobile phone. We really appreciate. and we highly recommend

This is a family run hotel and it shows. Nothing was too much trouble and the home cooked food was excellent. We ate twice in Sorrento but this did not compare to the hotel food. The view from the terrace across the Bay of Naples was amazing and must be far superior to any of the most expensive hotels in Sorrento. Al nostro arrivo (ore 20) mancava l'acqua nell'hotel ed in tutta Sorrento.Dopo 2 ore di attesa con l'acqua che non tornava il direttore ci ha restituito i soldi della camera. Very nice hotel, a kilometer from the circumvesuviana train station. Near from the town centre, good views of the mountains from the room. Very friendly staff, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. They help with tours, maps etc. Will stay here again. Access to the roof for drying laundry as it has clothes lines, pins etc. You can have breakfast in their garden. Very calm and quiet area.

It's a ten minute walk to the main square but as a result it's a peaceful retreat. There's a great restaurant called Fillippo about a five minute walk away.
