It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. Location: uff! :) It takes less than 1 - Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early start with that day's activity. Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.   We liked absolutely everything. Small family-run hotel with only 3 rooms of which we occupied 2. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the Vatican museums entrance. Public transport just outside the door. Rooms were fantastic, enormous for Rome, and with all facilities required. Breakfast was good enough to start the day, with cereals, yoghurt - We liked place, very good, near metro, Vatican. Friendly personal. New clean rooms. Small hotel. We like everything in the hotel. We had trip on Italy for 12 days, 4 citys. This is the best hotel where we stayed.

  The hotel was close to the Termini and in a safe location. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful and also carried my suitcase up to the first floor...much appreciated . The bed was comfortable with furniture being tradipional - Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative.   I stayed with my mom and we would like to thanks to Elisa the receptionist who was dealing with us. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.   We stayed at the hotel from 27-31.08 in the ECRU Room. 1. The room was great , very clean with nice balcony , mini bar and all that you need. Our room had a bath tub with water jets witch was great and very relaxing after 12 hours of walking in Rome. The hotel is very near to S. Peter train station (5 min walking ) from were you can take the FL5 t... cosa dice la gente » rain to Termini or you can take the 34 bus (runs only until 9:00 PM) to Cavallegleri and from there 46 to Termini and it's 10-15 min walking to S. Pet - The Hotel provided an outstanding view of the Vatican from our balcony. The location was withing easy walking distance to the Vatican. The Staff spoke excellent English and made sure that every question was completely answered. An excellent breakfast was delivered to your door at exactly the time requested. An excellent bar (cafe) was across the street providing sandwiches, pizza and drinks. Staff monitored the entrance 24 hours a day. An elevator allowed easy access to upper rooms.
