Cosa dice la gente
This hotel is absolutely fantastic in an ideal location for seeing Rome,
on a bustling street filled with bars, restaurants, shops and cafes.
Maria the woman who runs the hotel was fantastic, and couldn't be
more helpful, she was lovely to talk to and delivered breakfast to our
room promptly every morning. The room itself was good, a tiny bit on the
small side but we were offered a different room but we preferred to have
the street view of Via Urbana so compromised on space..the bathroom was

it was all good!!the apartment was great,so much space, really great value for money and only 10 mins walk from colosseum, you check in at no 33 urbana and meet maria, she walked us to the apartment(about 5 mins away) and showed us around and how everyting worked, when you check out you just leave the keys on the table.it looked even better than the pics on the site.i will def stay here again.100% thumbs up.
The apartment was nice and cozy and in a great location! When we arrived in Rome, we met the housekeeper and she led us to our apartment, which was a couple of blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay and Maria came and cleaned every day while we were out sightseeing. The owner was very accessible by email and phone, and provided great advice and information on Rome. Definitely would stay here again.
What a great loft apartment we had!
After staying in some more dubious locations in Rome, this accommodation was brilliant!
Large, clean shower and bathroom! It also had a little dining table for brekkie which we were able to make ourselves in our little kitchenette!
Considering there is no bike hire scheme in Rome (ridiculous), we just bought daily bus tickets and saved our legs...easy as!.
This apartment annexe is a short walk from Via Urbana 33... when we see the apartment we were blown away by how modern and clean it was. Set in a quiet street off Via Cavour.
The bed was a little uncomfortable but the rest of the place was lovely, even had a little kitchen area, bathroom was small but the shower was one of the biggest I have used in Rome.
Ideal base for seeing Rome!.
Maria is lovely! Brilliant host. Despite poor english she tries really hard to help, always smiles and is attentive to make your stay in rome brilliant.
Location is fab - loads of local restaurants nearby and close to everything- especially the coliseum.
We would definitely stay at Urbana again on our next trip to Rome.
The room had many more facilities than some more expensive places, including a fridge (not mini bar) and safelty deposit box.
Maria went out of her way to be helpful including carrying my case up two flights of stairs (she is a strong lady!).
Location was excellent being so close to Cavour metro station.
Very good apartments, close to almost all important places to visit,
clean and quiet. We have lived in apartment facing back yard, it was
pretty comfortable. Room amenities include everything necessary. Their
staff (Maria) is amazing - very friendly, helpful and caring. She also
does speak fluent Russian.
Perfect location, clean and comfortable. The star feature is Maria the receptionist/front desk clerk who does everything. She goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect! For us, part of the magic of traveling is meeting other people. Maria was part of the magic of Urbana 33.
We enjoyed our two night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated, comfortable and overlooking the street which was nice.. Bathroom was small but very adequate. Location is excellent. Short walk from train station. Would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is very clean, the location is in the very centre of Rome! The administrator of the hotel Maria is a really nice lady! Very helpful and polite and kind!
She speaks Russian and Italian! We are come back to Rome and for sure we'll stay in the same hotel!!!.
The home like hotel is very warm, the host lady is very warm too.
She will recommend you the typical Italy food close to the hotel. And also will show you the travel infomation around.
The room is very clean, close to the train station and the sight seeing.
Urbana33 is in a very good location, a few metres from the metro stop and 10 minutes from the main Roma Termini station. It's also close to local cafes and restaurants. Maria the housekeeper was great in making sure all our needs were met.
The best thing about Urbana 33 is Maria, the lady who runs the place. she went out of her way to accomdate us at every point and we would return for her alone. a super ambassador for Urbana 33 and for Rome, tho she is from the Ukraine!.
The housekeeper that met us and showed us around went above and beyond
in being helpful in giving us directions and getting us settled. Maria -
you are so kind! The apartment was very chic and a great home base for
our stay in Rome.
We stayed in the family room, which is an actual apartment in a
bourgeois building around the corner and down the street from the main
hotel/B&B. Enormous with a full kitchen and a piano!.
Close to Termini and Colosseum. Urbana street has a great atmosphere with restaurants and shops. Metro round the corner. Rooms clean and modern. Maria a nice host.
The design and furnishings are modern & of good quality. the location was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs.
Lovely appartment
Good location
Well equiped kitchen
Perfect for 3 people
Maria who takes care of the appartment is very helpful.
The hotel was very clean and its personnel was very friendly and willing to help us.(especially Mrs Maria).
living in a beautiful historic building in a quiet lively and intimate street in the heart of Rome.
Maria is the most helpful and kind person, who make our stag really comfortable and warm.
Great location and clean and comfortable rooms for a reasonable price.
Fantastic location. Maria was very welcoming, kind and helpful.
excelent location, plenty of space, friendly staff.
Loved the location and Maria was awesome.
Perfect location and helpfull staff.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Good staff, good location.
Friendly staff, nice size room. Good value for a 3star hotel.
Maria was extremely friendly and helpful.
The bed mattress is due for an upgrade.
Password didn't work for the wifi connection.
Cannot pick something I didn't like.
The only regret was that when we extended our time in Rome, Urbana was full so we had to go elsewhere. Maria helped us locate another place to stay which we appreciated very much.
Would have preferred clear instructions on how to access B&B before our arrival.
Couldn't access wifi in our room.
It's not easy to find the room in a big building. U need to press the door bell on the wall "Urbana 33", then the lady will open the door for you.
Would have liked to have tea/coffee making facilities.
...Zero.
Nothing.
Wifi in the room was very weak.
wifi didn't reach into the room, it is a hassle to sit in the lobby to use internet, was good speed on the wifi.
The room we choose was directly off the reception area and hence a bit
of noise coming from the hallway. Likewise we were a bit uncomfortable
about the noise we may have created that others would hear. The original
room we wanted which was away from the reception activity and at the end
of the hall would have been more private however as noted by other guest
had no wifi reception.
Room was very small considering what we paid. Not great value for money. could probably have got better quality for our money..
