Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how
best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all
amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside
the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old-
style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Location
convenient since really close to train station. Lots of cafes to choose
from nearby, highly recommend "Tomoko Tudini" - pizza there
simply delicious! . tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared! Our best wishes and more than many thanks!.
Everything was just perfect. Franco was waiting at the door to welcome me. He was full of information that helped to make my stay wonderful. The room was beautiful and quiet, the bed comfortable, the breakfast served in my room every morning. The accommodation is in a multicultural part of Rome which I really enjoyed. It is close walking distance to everything.
everthing was good , Mr Franco welcomed us at the door well n helpful and other staff of the hotel were friendly and kind too, house keeping good and confortable room we stayed in.The hotel is at the centre of the rome , very close to termini station that you can see historical places by walk distances.
This is a lovely, elegant B&B very close to main train station which is highly convenient. The rooms have everything you need, are comfy and clean. The host is friendly and knowledgeable. I loved my stay at this B&B and will come back for sure.
Everything was very good, place looks like in the photos. No street noise or other guests.
Area looks bit rough when arrive first time but is ok.Just 2min away from bus and train station and 15-20 min to all monuments so perfect for a weekend break.
Very close to Termini station, extremely clean and comfortable, modern decor, air conditioning, no traffic noise, fridge in room, wi-fi, 4th floor with elevator, friendly and helpful owner, great value for money, I would definitely stay again!.
Very friendly owner/staff who contacted me before the trip to arrange our arrival. Breakfast in room saving time in a morning. Spotlessly clean and "Triple" key security.Convenience of being in the city centre and close to two metro lines.
The host was fantastic. Bent over backwards to help us and make our stay a good one. The room was everything we needed, large, clean and comfortable.
It is clean, the rooms are brand new, the owner is friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean Room.
Breakfast and design.
Had to wait for breakfast in the room, occasionally delivered a
little late!.
The location is a bit on the "seedy" side typical of a large city centre but very convenient for arrival/departure/sightseeing of course.
The location.
poor breakfast.
no provision for bed tea.
no staff.
We had to pay 10 euro for late arrive, and it was not listed anywhere.
There is no wifi.no reception, therefore not really possible to talk to staff.
