Cosa dice la gente
Owner, Pietro Sadler, was incredibly efficient and gracious in arranging
early morning transport to the airport for my 18 year old son who was
traveling alone. When we booked, Pietro sent us many helpful links to
info about Rome and travel in the area. He was fantastic and we will
stay there again anytime that we are in Rome. Very, very close to the
Rome Termini train station.
Perfect location, new hotel so finish is clean and functional. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Rooms are heated or cooled as required. Plenty of power points and strong WI/FI with a desk as required for the modern Traver.
Secure and safe.
Plenty of access to the METRO and buses. An easy walk to Roma Termini the main rail station and access point for airport shuttles.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Just 3 min walk from Termini station, close to all transport, tavernas/cafes, supermarket ..everything. Very safe at night too. Rooms were very clean with TV,minibar etc. Manager Pietro is just excellent, very helpful, he gave us a map & suggested our sightseeing in Rome.
Overall very satisfying, would love to come again & again.
1) The location is very convenient. We took a room in the morning to go to the airport. I do not know how comfortable will live in a hotel for several days.
2) Very friendly Pietro. Solves all the problems of everyday life :) He can discuss current Italian news and issues.
3) The room is small, but the toilet / shower in the room.
What else i can say, from the moment we arrive in the hotel, we were greatly accomodated by Mr. Peter. He is a cool guy and very helpful all throughout our stay. He even buy us a candy as we really like the sweets in the reception area. Hotel is a stone away from Roma Termina. You dont have to sweat out to look for it.
The hotel is 250 meters away from Roma Termini, hotel has new spacious
lift. Well lighted and very secured. The rooms are spacious and warm.
Our ceiling even has decorations. The manager Pietro is so attentive and
nice. I lost my wallet and he told me which polizione to go to. He
photocopied my documents free of charge.
The location was good, very close to the train station and metro. It was a last minute booking for only one night, before heading to the airport, and the price was right. The front desk was staffed 24 hours, and both staff members I spoke to spoke excellent English and were very helpful.
The hotel manager - senior Pietro, was very attentive, helpful and ready
to address any request. He allowed me to stay longer that the normal
check out time without any charge. Will definitely come back again and
highly recommend as a great combination of location and price.
The hotel is very close to Roma termini station and therefore to all transport means (subway, buses, trams, airport shuttles e.t.c.) of city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The manager Pietre is very kind and helpful person. Generally is one good economical option.
he hotel is well located, the room is clean and comfortable. has a fan, fridge,TV, wi-fi. excellent service and the manager Pedro is very attentive and friendly. I recommend the hotel because I was very satisfied with my stay in Rome. I will definitely return.
The manager Pietro was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The room was very clean and they cleaned it daily and changed our towels everyday as well. The bed was also very comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect!.
Nice hotel which near to Termini station and the staff are very nice!
Clean environment and good wifi, but in the midnight, the wifi is
sometimes unstable.... So sweet that the staff gave us lots of candies
when we left, so friendly.
Excellent position close to Termini railway station. Quiet good-sized room (we were given a triple but had paid only for a double). Ceiling fan and air-con. Helpful staff. Very cheap by Roman standards.
Very helpful staff. Excellent location. Hotel is like for people who spend all day in the city. Next to the hotel there are several inexpensive restaurants with simple but good Italian food.
Very friendly and helpful owner and staff throughout our stay. Perfect location right next to Termini but very quiet; bathroom was tiny but had everything we needed.
The owner of this hotel is really really friendly and helpful. He helped us with printing out train tickets and also treated us snacks for free.
I like everything, it`s clean, it has wifi, TV, batroom. its receptioner is veru kind. It´s close to the termini, restaurants, every thing.
Staff was very helpful. Great location to the train station. Very informative re: the area, restaurants and cooperative.
It was just 2' from Termini Station,
The staff was great and very helpfull and they also cleaned the room every day!.
Really liked the staff especially Pietro. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and everything was very clean.
Very very friendly staff, hotel is located in the comfortable place, room is very nice and it is clean.
The hotel is very clean and staffs has good Communications, support and assistance .
WFI is very good .
Modern clean budget accommodation in convent location close to rail and local transport.
Near the central Bus and train station from airport. Excellent staff. Value for money.
The staff, the location and the price of course!.
The man at the front desk was very friendly.
Thank you Dear Friend for hospitality!!!!.
location, clean, could request hot water.
Polite stuff, nice and clean rooms.
The night porter was extremely friendly, he welcomed us very warmly on our late arrival. We got all of the paperwork done and payment on arrival as we were leaving early in the morning, he even gave us some nice pasties for the following morning to eat on our way to the airport. The hotel was very clean, we were provided with clean towels and offered some water as well. I'd definitely come back if I need an overnight stay before a flight. It's good value for money.
This is a place for those looking for a budget accomodation close to the train station.
Reception was very friendly. Room is basic and good enough to sleep.
location, helpful stuff, cleaning every day, value for money, lift, shower in the room.
No complaints at all!.
We liked everything.
1) The device for payment cards is very slow and I did not take a single card. I had to call the bank to make sure - if everything is OK. And to pay off another card (by the way, Visa electron).
2) If at the same time to clean a lot of people may end up (briefly) the water in the shower. Shower enclosure is not just a hole in the floor.
The room was extremely small and there is no real common area.
Absolutely nothing.
Nope.
Nothing!.
Bizarre room decor. Ancient shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom - no shower alcove and no shower curtain or doors. Bathroom is cramped and poorly lit - you cannot see in the mirror to shave or put on make-up. Common areas are untidy and dingy.
Small room.
Everything was fine, one of our best experiences in Rome.
It wasn't the Waldorf but if it's one night stay close to the train station it works!.
Only the shower that was difficult in the use.
There was nothing we didn't like.
notting.
Can be noisy.
The room and the bathroom.
none.
The room furnishings were a bit old-fashioned - no complaints though.
sound proofing not good, can hear others conversation. wifi is poor.
The area is a bit scruffy, lots of homeless people outside Termini station. I was with my boyfriend and they did not bother us at all, but I'd suggest not to go around alone or if you're looking for a holiday stay, choose a more central hotel.
Shower and bathroom were mixed without any separation.
tiny room, very old fashioned interior, good only to sleep over, take a bath; lack of facilities (TV set not working).
nope.
