the place is a restaurant an above it the rooms, the rooms are just 1 year old, new and well decorated! very very nice staff we enjoyed the stay very much!
its right in the center but its very important to come in the touristic season! because almost all the stores were closed... next to the hotel there is free information for tourists ! lovely p

The best location in Lazise, small boutique hotel, only a few rooms but they are all spectacular in design and the space they give with balcony views over the small harbour. The hotel is above the owners restaurant and we can say that this is the best restaurant in Lazise by far. Location, faciities and food fantastic.

It was a great place to stay with 8 and 10 year old boys. We wanted to visit Venice but didnt want the crowds of staying right in Venice. This was a great option to allow the kids after much travelling to have a place to run around and
... cosa dice la gente » play. A ferry within a 10 minute drive away will take you to historic Venice if you want to go and the ride is only 30 minutes. Worked out well with a group of people who get sea sick easy as the ride was good and no one got ill. There is a lot for children -
Good place to be with kids, quite clean, "peaceful" and nice environment, good value for money. Adequete services on site.
Nice location near sea but not se nice to arrive with car (mostly because of the location :)

Loved everything, though we just stayed a night to get away from it all, we wish we could have stayed longer! The pool was great on the hot day and the next morning we had the jacuzzi all to ourselves! What a treat! Hotel staff wasso helpful and took care of all our needs and questions. Keep up the good work!
