Very friendly owner who made us a coffee when we arrived and showed us the main attractions on the map.
Owner spoke only a little English but we muddled through and was part of the experience.
Nice spacious room.
Excellent double glazed windows meant it was quiet at night even in a busy and noisy area.
Location was excellent with all sites within walking distance and the train and metro stations 5 mins walk away.

Everything. Great location right behind the Pantheon. The apartment was only a short walk from most tourist attractions, and very safe to walk to/ around late into the night. Everything. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome.
The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.

The position of this B&B is perfect! close to the metro and at walk distance from some of the main attractions in Rome....10 min walking to the Colosseum and Monti...my favourite neibourhood.....at walk distance also to Termini. The staff has been really kind...the room clean.
