The apartment is pretty stylish, well equiped and comfortable (enjoy the bath after a day's long walk!). L'hotel è molto accogliente le camere sono spaziosissime e super confort, pulito .. Insma non manca nulla . Le spiagge sono vicinissime e con soli 20 minuti si arriva nel paradiso del Circeo e delle bianche spiagge . Tutto bellissimo da riprovare. -

Friendly staff. Extremely good room and location for the price (35 eur in Rome in July!). Bus stop was right outside of the door and metro stop like 3 min away. Breakfast was good; had croissants, müsli, youghurt, bread, cheese, ham etc.

The exterior is unremarkable but the interior is stylish and attractive. The rooms are specious and attractive. Great little kitchen with a fridge and dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bed was a tad firm for my normal taste but sleep-able. Not hard. The picture of the breakfast appeared to be all carbs but they served hard boiled eggs, cheese, meat, and some vegetables, which I need for my health. That pleased me a lot since there would not have been time to get a "real meal" before our flight. T

Even though the hotel is right next to the busy termini station, you actually do not see the crowd in the hotel street.
Hotel is in a excellent location & highly recomended for people who are first time travellers to ROME (since the termini, info points & metro station is just minutes away) -

It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). I liked 1) location - the very center of Rome. 15 min walk from Termini train station, the same time from the hotel to the piazza di Spania, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseo 2) room - high ceiling, nice floor, fresh air, aeroconditioning, exelent and modest desing - color of walls, funiture, bed. very clean. 3) bathroom - exelent. 4) staff - very friendly, speaking english. 5) tasty breakfast - coffee, juice, baking, cheese, ham, yougurt.

Abbiamo soggiornarto 2 notti in questo grazioso b&b nel centro storico di Artena. Pulizia perfetta e stanza bella e confortevole. La sig.ra Enrica e sua figlia sono state gentilissime e molto ospitali. Al nostro arrivo la sig.ra Enrica ci ha offerto una fetta di torta fatta in casa e un caffé e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Colazione ottima. Consigliatissimo.

Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect.

The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.
